Meanwhile, as a System Developer, I honed my technical skills, working on various software projects and creating innovative solutions that met company requirements.
My tenure as a System Analyst in the DILG exposed me to a range of stakeholders and teams, allowing me to collaborate with them in developing and implementing technology solutions that improved government operations’ efficiency and effectiveness.
As an IT Head, I am responsible for overseeing all IT department aspects, including managing daily operations, developing technology strategies, and ensuring that IT solutions align with stakeholder needs. My well-rounded perspective, brought about by my experiences in teaching, software development, and system analysis, enables me to lead and inspire my team to achieve success.
